Welcome to an epic teaching experience.
Our focus is innovation and critical thinking to shift perspectives and find solutions.
By the end of the course students will have the knowledge and tools needed to understand the intricate balance between humans and our environment. Discussions are led to formulate solutions and action plans, both individually and as a collective.
Over five sessions we present our planets most pressing issues and invite students to take a look at our current systems. Lessons are based on leading environmental films:

INTRODUCING BREATH WORK
Inviting the class to take a deep breath before diving in, School Breathe designed our Zen breaks – exercises to calm and energise the class while demonstrating the power of a full, healthy breathing pattern. With scientifically proven techniques, understanding how to breathe properly is one of the most powerful skills you can master:
- improved concentration, confidence and sense of well-being
- relaxation / decreased anxiety
- emotional management
- help alleviate and manage mental health issues
- improves diving / freediving skills!
To show up in the world of conservation we need a range of skills including photojournalism, activism, law, politics, research, engineering and the arts.
We strive to demonstrate that everyone can contribute to the movement, no matter their skillset. By showcasing creative and courageous individuals, we hope to inspire students in living a life of passion with service to humanities greater good.
